Govt.of Puducherry honoured Professor, Dr.M.I. Ahamed Maricar with Kalaimamani Award and a cash prize of fifty thousand rupees. Mrs.Chandira Priyanka, Hon’ble minister for Art and Culture presented the award in the presence of Mr.Selvam, Hon’ble Speaker and Mr.Lakshmi Narayanan, Hon’ble minister for Public works.
