Newly appointed Leader of Opposition, Rahul Gandhi went abroad on a three-day tour on Wednesday, party sources said. The source said that during his travel abroad, he will spend some time with his family members.
He will return to India on July 13 and then again leave for Maharashtra’s Pandharpur programme where he will join the religious programme.
On July 14, night he will then travel back to the national capital.
This is Rahul Gandhi’s first trip abroad after the conclusion of the Lok Sabha elections this year.
After elections, he had traveled to Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Manipur and also held interactions with the daily wage workers and also the loco pilots in the national capital.
